Detox is a way of life, so while pregnant, you may not use the harsh herbs, but do drink lots of water, eat more healthful foods - salads like fruits salad and green veg(don’t follow what you cravings), exercise, go to bed early, eliminate street, reduce workload... Thats a milder version of detoxing... Talk to us so we can share good supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding

How do you identify all these during pregnancy? Or I think the question is, how does one detox while pregnant or should I wait until the baby is here and I’m done breastfeeding?
