Yes, all grains must be cooked, so even if you had soaked it, end by cooking it before consumption. I do encourage though that you do not eat processed fine oats, it’s not good in that is spikes up blood sugar levels and can cause chronic disease...

Hi Sharon. I just want to understand on the statement you made about eating oats raw or soaked overnight does it also apply to the oats we buy from the stores you know the flaky one eg Jungle oats, and also what about the gluten free oats is it also not safe to eat it raw or soaked over night...
